Sewer and Pipe Cleaning: Mechanical – Hydromechanical

Sewer cleaning is an important maintenance task in the operation of sewer systems. Over the past 60 years, hydrodynamic sewer cleaning has established itself as the most common and economical method. For pipe and sewer cleaning, we primarily use the proven high-pressure flushing method (HD) or high-pressure water jetting method (HDWS), which we have developed and applied in-house since this technology’s inception.

Our many years of experience in this industry – since 1948 (History) – allow us to incorporate the knowledge gained into our SUPERSTRUCTURES and into the operation of our own special vehicles and prototypes. Should hydrodynamic and hydromechanical methods not resolve your sewer problem, special pipe robots for inspection, locating transmitters, and receivers for troubleshooting and damage assessment are available in each of our vehicles.

Problems with wastewater and rainwater systems are among the most unpleasant challenges for homeowners and apartment owners. Plumbing systems must always function reliably, and blockages or contamination are not only disruptive but can also cause significant financial damage. If the root cause of such problems is not properly addressed, and only a blockage is cleared, the problem will quickly recur.

This is where we come in: We don’t just clear the blockage; we also identify the underlying causes and provide you with the best remediation suggestions and improvements to prevent future problems. Trust our expertise, and let us resolve your blockages quickly and reliably.

Sewer Cleaning – modern technology, commitment, and many years of expertise in drainage.

Hydrodynamic Pipe and Sewer Cleaning

For hydrodynamic sewer cleaning, we harness the power of water to clear even the most stubborn blockages. Using high-performance flushing units, which we have developed and manufactured in-house, water is forced under high pressure through the cleaning nozzle. The water pressure in the sewer flushing nozzle is converted into water velocity, gently removing deposits such as sand, debris, sediments, and foreign objects. Thanks to a wide range of available nozzles, we can offer customized solutions that are optimally tailored to specific application needs.

Our goal is always to resolve all types of wastewater problems quickly, cleanly, and professionally. We are not a traditional emergency service, but in exceptional cases, we are available for you 24 hours a day.

Changes in gradient or drainage conditions (water flow, pipe diameter, profile shape, etc.) lead to the deposition of coarse and solid materials contained in wastewater, which are of inorganic and organic origin. Since the carrying capacity of the wastewater alone is often insufficient to keep the pipelines clear, sewer debris consisting of grease, sand, gravel, and lime residues accumulates. Such deposits lead to backflow or blockages.

Drainage obstructions can also form due to roots from shrubs, trees, subsequent shoddy construction work, and unprofessional renovations. They damage the pipeline and thus narrow its diameter. Concrete and lime encrustations, as well as similar deposits, including those from faulty pipe laying, adhere to the inner pipe wall and accumulate over time.
