Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation

Trenchless short liner rehabilitation – our ECR fiberglass mats enable a variety of methods for preserving the underground infrastructure of supply and drainage pipes.

These are necessary to repair age-related damage to pipelines and sewers, ensuring watertightness and structural integrity.

The installed Pointliner is characterized, among other things, by its outstanding adhesive properties and extremely high chemical resistance.

The PARTLINER is resistant to high-pressure jetting and temperature-stable up to 130 degrees Celsius.

Versatile and Flexible for Use in Pipe Bursts

With the POINT-PART liner system, the following can be rehabilitated:

  • Root intrusion
  • Leaky pipe connections
  • Longitudinal, transverse, and circumferential cracks
  • Misalignments
  • Material changes
  • Fragments and defects
  • Localized corrosion
  • Infiltration and exfiltration
  • Reinforcement/structural integrity for deformations in inliners

The Rehabilitation Result

Depending on the material, diameter, and structure, the cured Partliner has a wall thickness of three to twelve millimeters. With thorough pre-cleaning and by pressing the Partliner with a repair packer, the applied resin bonds to the surface of the old pipe.

After curing, not only a positive-locking, but also a friction-locked bond is achieved.

The high structural properties of the fiberglass-reinforced, corrosion- and abrasion-resistant ECR material ensure that the Partliner restores structural stability in the defective area without affecting the cross-section & flow.
